RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 
 

We accept refunds and exchanges under the following condition:

If you would like to return a product, please reach out to us via email at orders@bestlived.com. Please include: your full name, street address, phone number, the order number, the email address that you used when ordering the product, and the reason you are returning the product. We will get back you within 2 business days with additional instructions.

If a refund or exchange is granted we will email you a postage paid slip to return the product, along with instructions.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges if more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase  Exchanges are only for unused items and the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Please also note that you must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only given for items that are defective or damaged, or if you find that a certain product results in an allergic reaction. Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval of the refund, or any other questions we might have. Once approved the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Although we process approved refund within 7 business days of approval, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to hit your account (for a total of 12 business days). If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it within 12 business days, please reach out to us at orders@bestlived.com.
